All fees are in Singapore dollars, inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax at 9% ("Singapore GST") and the fees chargeable may have 1 cent difference due to the Singapore GST computation. 

We only accept payments by 3D Secure Visa/Mastercard.

Note : The above Registration cut-off dates are referenced to Singapore Time Zone (GMT + 8).

Authors of Accepted FULL Papers

AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR OF EACH ACCEPTED CONFERENCE PAPER, JOURNAL PAPER, POSTER PAPER, DEMO PAPER, AND EACH INVITED TVCG/CGF PRESENTATION is required to complete a STANDARD registration by SEPTEMBER 15, 2026.

Each accepted conference paper, journal paper, poster paper, demo paper, and each invited TVCG/CGF presentation must be accompanied by a distinct standard registration. A single standard registration may cover only one paper or one invited TVCG/CGF presentation and cannot be used to cover multiple contributions.

Papers without a valid accompanying registration may be excluded from the proceedings.

Refund Policy

1.  Author registration is non-refundable.

2. The "Student" Registration Type is not a valid registration type to cover for an ACCEPTED OR INVITED paper.

3. A 50% refund may be given for cancellation requests submitted on or before September 1, 2026, 11:59PM Singapore Time (GMT + 8). 

4. All refund requests must be submitted via email to pacificgraphics@smu.edu.sg, for our consideration.

5. Refund requests, if approved, will be processed about 3 months after the conference.

Inclusions

Your registration includes: 

  • Access to the conference for all days from Tuesday October 6, 2026 to Friday October 9, 2026; 
  • Lunches and coffee breaks for the 4 days; 
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday October 6, 2026 and the Banquet Dinner on Thursday October 8, 2026.

The "Student" Registration Type is not a valid registration type to cover for an ACCEPTED OR INVITED paper.

To be eligible for "Student" Registration Type rates, attendees must be enrolled students undertaking full-time study and be able to provide evidence of that status.
